Recat was started in 1991 and the entire Recat team works everyday to achieve our goal of helping contractors and owners of Caterpillar equipment reduce their repair costs.  Recat is able to  do this by selling quality used Caterpillar parts and rebuilt Caterpillar components.  They currently sell  quality used parts at 50-70 % below Caterpillar new pricing and rebuilt components at 30-50% below Caterpillar pricing.

Recat is one of the largest Caterpillar component rebuilders in the world. In the past five years they have rebuilt over 3000 components. These include Cat engines; transmissions; power train components; radiators and coolers; and cylinders. They have been able to provide the same warranty as Caterpillar at a lower price because the Recat Shop Team has over 100 combined years of  working on Caterpillar components. The Recat Used Parts Team has over 120 combined years of used parts expertise.Recat has over 2,000 active customers worldwide and sells to customers in all 50 states in the USA.
